So on my recent trip to Italy, I couldn't help but notice that in the Stazione Termini of Rome, they had an intriguing waste disposal set up. Garbage Bags, without the Garbage bin! Who would of thought? Each bin liner was a different color to sort out recyclables from the general garbage. It was quite a unique set up without the garbage bin. (Yes, I know there are many beautiful and unique things about Rome - and this really shouldn't be mentioned along the Colosseum, Roman Forum or Trevi Fountain).
I don't know if there is anything quite like this in Australia. But I know one thing. For a garbage disposal unit to consist of the support ring and only the garbage bag (with no bin), the garbage bag has to be a top quality product, able to withstand torture treatment from the public. Have you ever seen garbage bags go through the torture treatment? Check this link out to see a bin liner that can stand up to the torture test!
